1. Move-In Deposit Purpose:
- By paying the full deposit, you'll reserve your desired apartment and ensure its availability. Your first month's rent (or pro-rated rent) will be due at the time of your move-in.
2. Payment Process:
- To pay the deposit, please contact our office at 417-413-2345 and choose option 1.
3. Non-Refundable:
- The deposit is retained by Lease Joplin to cover administrative and holding costs associated with reserving the unit and preventing it from being leased to others.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- If you decide not to proceed with leasing the unit after making the move-in deposit, the deposit will not be returned. Unless approved by management.
5. Reservation Period:
- Rent begins on the day the unit is ready for move-in, unless otherwise coordinated with management.
- To move in, all required move in steps must be completed.
- If we are unable to contact you or if move-in steps are not completed within ten days of the unit's readiness, you may be reassigned to a different unit.
6. Confirmation of Reservation:
- Upon successful payment of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email outlining required move in steps to be completed prior to taking possession of the unit.
